Holistic human resource management as a tool for the intergenerational cooperation and sustainable business

As for human resources, the period before COVID-19 pandemic can be characterized as relatively stable with a low unemployment rate, while stereotyping in employment of different age groups subsided. With arrival COVID-19, organizations have begun to lay off employees 50+, employee turnover has increased, demands and changed, scissors number wages salaries both sexes most positions are widening. Against background this recent research, main objective our study is identify access implementation management (precisely measures supporting employees' cooperation knowledge transfer). Data were obtained using standardized (n = 183) qualitative research 5) implemented second half 2020 agricultural forestry Czech evaluated multidimensional descriptive statistics.
